Business Development Manager, Retail (UK)

Consumer Retail Insight (CRI), our unique offering for the retail and CPG manufacturing industry to provide the most comprehensive insight into customer behaviour and decision making in-store, is creating rapidly increasing interest in the market.

In order to realize the full business potential of the CRI service offering, we are looking for a UK-based Business Development Manager to market CRI in the UK retail and CPG sector. We are convinced that CRI has a tremendous opportunity in the market.

While we prefer an employment relationship, we are also open to strong individuals who want to engage on a retainer & commission basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities for CRI in a direct sales model. In addition, she or he will also contribute to building a channel partner community for CRI.

We require:

A strong general background in sales
The ability to build a solid pipeline and bring deals for closure.
An excellent track record and experience of solution selling to the UK retail or CPG sector.
Self-motivation, determination and target driven –
Excellent team player
Ethical personality and excellent communication skills

Retail Tracking Analyst

Using the VentureAxis retail analysis software you will analyse video footage of retail stores to provide data on the behaviour of customers. The work is computer based and will be carried out in our Leeds office. Using the software you will track the position and actions of consumers in shops or specific departments.

Skills needed:

Ability to use Windows PC software (Mouse, Keyboard, etc.)
Ability to concentrate on tasks
Personal integrity
Interest in Marketing and Market Analysis would be an asset
Must be able to legally work in the UK
Training will be given on the in house software application used for the analysis work
